Web Active Directory, LLC was founded in November 2002 to develop web-based Microsoft Active Directory® and LDAP products for Microsoft .NET environments. Web Active Directory's products leverage the powerful .NET framework to deliver consistent, reliable and scalable web applications to your enterprise. 

In 2004, Web Active Directory introduced PeopleSearch and PeopleUpdate as a web application to empower users to easily search and update Microsoft’s Active Directory on a platform that was easily customizable and user friendly.  Since those first releases, Web Active Directory has worked hard to improve its products each year and are now on version 3.3.1 for both products, with 4.0 slated to ship for 2009.

Web Active Directory’s customers range from companies with fewer than 100 employees to organizations with more than 30,000 employees. We have customers on 4 different continents speaking 10 languages. Web Active Directory has seen tremendous growth in the past two years and is geared for another great year in 2009. Some of our customers include Tyco, Citrix, Data Domain, Graybar, Vail Associates, The Shaw Group, Timberland, UK Cable and Wireless, and Visit Scotland.
