We license PeopleSearch based upon the number of users in your environment who will use PeopleSearch. We don't see the need to include a licensing audit capability in the software so just tell us the number of users you have...it can't get much more simple than that!

NOTE: We provide special pricing for MSPs, SaaS vendors, ASPs, and other organizations that provide Active Directory services using a hosted model. Send an email to sales@webactivedirectory.com or fill out our contact us form for additional information and pricing.

  • All pricing in US dollars (USD)
  • All pricing is per user and is not based on number of servers or AD forests/domains
  • All pricing requires a minimum purchase of 250 users
  • Discounts may apply for non-profit entities, governmental entities and educational institutions
  • Site licensing options available for an unlimited number of users
Annual Maintenance
  • Pricing per user includes first 12 months of maintenance and support
  • Maintenance includes remote email and telephone support as well as access to all product service releases and version upgrades
  • Ongoing maintenance after year one is 20% of the total perpetual licensing costs during the first 12 months
  • Maintenance automatically included with monthly subscription pricing
Perpetual vs. Subscription Licensing Perpetual License
  • Once purchased the perpetual license includes use of the product for as long as your organization needs
  • Maintenance and support is included in the first 12-months of a perpetual license
  • Annual maintenance and support will be billed on an annual basis and is completely optional for your organziation
Subscription License
  • A subscription license is billed on a recurring basis every month and includes maintenance and support
  • Subscription licensing can be cancelled at any time with a 30-day advanced notice to WebAD
